We provide technical support to registered users by e-mail. Feel free to ask any questions, we'll answer all of them within at most 24 hours. We do not offer phone support. Usually we respond to email messages very quickly. Email gives us more time to research your problem and respond with a more detailed reply than we would be able to give by telephone.

Of course, we read all incoming questions and suggestions, but messages from registered users have a higher priority. All of them are replied in 24 hrs at most. Other replies may be sent a few days later.
